Maybelline Vivid Matte Lipstick Violet Pink- Review, Swatches,FOTD

Maybelline has finally listened to my heart and came out with the Colorsensational Vivid range of lipsticks in India. The launched the “Vivid” range three years back in US. I have two from that range and was eagerly waiting for the range to launch here. But only four shades have launched here and the colors are also not exactly the same as what is available in the US. But whatever, the color launched here are no less pretty.

Shades available:-
The range has four lovely bright shades – Neon Pink, Scarlet Red, Rosy Orange and Violet Pink

PRICE:-
Rs 475 each.

Packaging:-
The lipstick comes in a black twisted rectangular case with a glossy red colored cap. Shade name mentioned at the base.

Shade:-
Violet Pink, as the name says, is a pink with hints of violet/magenta.  It is bright and bold, but nothing that you can’t pull off. I wear this in the mornings too, and with ease. Violet Pink of India is close to Vivid Rose of US.

Texture:-
It is extremely buttery and glides so smoothly on lips. After a few minutes it settles into a semi-matte finish. I just love creamy matte finishes. It keeps lips soft, moisturized, and also gives the lips sexy velvety matte finish.

Pigmentation:-
Just 1 swipe for those luscious lips. It is superbly pigmented. I swiped only once on the lip swatches and FOTD.

Staying power:-
It stays around 6 hours on me and leaves a strong tint behind which stays for another few hours. The stain stays even after yummy yummy heavy meals.

Summing up my Likes and Dislikes:-

What I liked about Maybelline Colorsensational Vivid- Violet Pink:-:-
  • A stunning color that would suit everyone.
  • Soft, buttery texture.
  • Glides easily.
  • Settles into a semi matte finish.
  • Well pigmented.
  • Stays long.
  • Nice packaging.
  • Easily available.
  • Budget friendly.

What I don’t like about about Maybelline Colorsensational Vivid- Violet Pink:-
  • Highlights dry patches after few hours, so exfoliating lips before application is a must.

Final Thoughts (Would I Recommend/Repurchase?):-
The lip color is so rich, so stunning…it’s sensational. It has enough pink and violet to suit all skin tones and is beautiful on every season. I adore the shade and love the moisturizing semi-matte finish. I am definitely getting another one or two from the range..

Ratings:-
4.5/5

Have you tried any from the VIVID range? Let us know. I just wish Maybelline launch a few more shades in the range; at least a peachy nude.

So did you like this color? Then grab it before it runs out of stock.

The Blushing Bride: Shifa Zariwala ( Merchant)

Hello my super gorgeous ladies,

How are you all doing?
I am just back from a vacation from my ancestral home and trust me; they were “feed Madhubani to death” kind of days for me. Bengalis love to cook, eat and feed others; and the love was sure to pour, after all it was my first visit after my wedding. I definitely have gained 10 kilos in these 5 days. :(
Anyway, I am back in my “Blushing Brides” section and today with me I have a super pretty lady.  Let the drums roll… Let us welcome the ever gorgeous Shifa Zariwala.
Well she got married in December last year in Mumbai. So lots of tips for the brides-to-be in Mumbai.

Now over to Shifa…

How did you guys meet?
Our family knew each other since a long time! And we kinda had a thing for each other ever since we saw each other for the first time

Long story short-
Year 2010
He- "Hi"
She-
Year 2011-
He- "Hi"
She- "Hi"
Year 2012
He- "Will you?"
She- "Yes! Duh!"

So how long did you get to plan your entire wedding?
I was engaged for a very long time so we had lots of time in hand to decide and prepare for the wedding! Talking about the venue, we booked them almost a year in advance! The makeup artist was also booked 6 months prior!  Coming to shopping, I started with my trousseau shopping around 9 months before the wedding and my bridal shopping started 3 months before. The only tough part was finding a photographer who was booked mere 2 months before!

Tell us something about where you got your outfits and accessories?
I had no restriction from either side of the family and was free to choose whatever color and outfit I liked! Initially I wanted to do something different than an usual red but the bridal vibes came to only from reds 😅 Both the outfit were from Kalki ( Santacruz) and both of them were like love at first sight! When i first wore them during the trial period, I instantly felt like a queen! I tried a lot of lehengas after that but the heart want what it wants.

Accessories were something I concentrated least on and picked up whatever I felt would go - I really regret it today though, perhaps it was because I was exhausted with all the shopping I have been doing since last 9 months (yes, that can happen. )
For the wedding I picked up an old-fashioned bridal jewellery that looked good but whether I like it or not is a big question for me even today!

For the reception my blouse had boat neck so I decided to pair the lehenga with just a pair of earring (which I really loved) and gold bangles from my trousseau!!!

Okay, here I would really love to talk about my haldi look as well as it was my most favorite look- my lehenga was from Roopkala (Mumbai) and the flower jewellery was bought by the MIL. I flooded her with pictures I saved from pinterest and kept changing my mind about the color of the flowers every now and then. We finally decided on purple, And oh boy, it bought life to my overall all magenta colored lehenga.

Where did you get your makeup and hair done?
The last thing I wanted on my wedding was to look like kathak dancer with white face, overly done eyes, red cheeks and over drawn lips! I found Fatima Soomar on Facebook and I was really intrigued by how real and elegant her brides looked! I contacted her and we had a meeting where we talked about the looks we can do in brief! I would also like to share that Fatima is a really sweet girl who went out of her ways to make me comfortable during my entire wedding period!

The looks she did on me were really natural yet elegant and I liked it more because I did not look like someone who I'm not! I would also like to share that there were few people who disliked my look and told me how I should have gone with something that is more "bridal" but I think that's the thing about our society, brides are expected to like disco balls but as me and my hubby both were happy with the outcome I cared the least about such comments!

Tell us something about your photographer?
Like any other excited bride I spent a lot of time on the internet for wedding inspiration, tips and ideas, one thing I learned from my research was to never ever compromise with the photographer. They might charge a bomb but it is all so worth it, believe me! I booked Hitched and Clicked for my pre-wedding as well as wedding and I need not speak about their work because the photographs speak it all! Both Gaurav and Aastha are very friendly, focused and passionate towards what they do! I could not be more thankful for them for doing our shoot in such a short notice.

Any special moment you want to share with us?
My entry for all the 3 functions!!!
All of them were different and so special to me! For the haldi I walked in holding my dad's and brother's hand! I felt really really emotional and spoilt in that moment
.
For the wedding, it was a super grand entry which I was not expecting at all! We entered in a crystal ball and had "Jashne Bahara" from Jodha Akbar playing in the background! Just like me all our guests were amazed too, every single person who came up to us told us how amazing the entry was!

Finally on the reception day, it was a simple walk with my hubby from the car to the stage, but it was very special as we were walking in front of so many people for the first time as a married couple!

Any advice you want to all the readers out there?
Enjoy your heart out and be yourself!! You have dreamed about your wedding since you were a little girl! Work towards everything that you have dreamed of! When I look at my haldi pictures today, I see myself totally drenched in sweat, my hair all over my face and my flower jewellery in a haywire state! But I do not regret it one bit infact I'm really proud of myself! I rocked the dance floor and danced my heart out without thinking about anything or anyone! It's your time and only you can make it memorable for you.

DeckandDine says:-I just loved how simple, yet out of the world she looked. She looked no less than a queen on her wedding day. I liked that she went for subtle makeup and Fatima did a wonderful job. Hitched and Clicked did a marvelous job too; beyond words and adjectives...truly cinematic. Love the pictures.

Wishing Shifa and Sarfraz all the happiness in the world. May the light of your love always glow upon your marriage!!! :)

Hey my ladies,

How are you all doing?
Today I am super excited to present in front of you swatches and mini reviews of 19 stunning Incolor Matte me lip creams. Lip creams are totally in vogue now. This ‘neither lipstick nor lip gloss’ thing is the latest fad and people are going gaga over this new kind of lip color. And why shouldn't they be? Even I am a crazy lover of lip creams. So recently when I came across the samples of Incolor matte lip creams, I could stop myself from getting them. These lip creams are available in 19 gorgeous shades to suit your taste and your ever-changing need and mood.

So let us go through the swatches first…

Price:-
Around 250 -300 INR

SHADES:-
401:- A pretty rose pink.

402:- A super stunning, classic blood red.

403:- is a beautiful warm toned rosy pink

404:- A sexy orangey red.

405:- A beautiful fuchsia pink color with strong hints of purple.

406: A neonish coral

407 .:- A hot red with neutral undertones

408:- It’s a beautiful coral pinkish orange color with red undertones.

409:- An out and out orange! It is quite neon-ish.

410:- Similar to 409, just a little more wearable.

411:- A true purple which looks a tad pinkish when photographed.

412:- A nude shade with hints of coral.

413:- A gorgeous reddish orange.

414:- A cyber pink color.

415: A gorgeous brown with purple undertones.

416: An orange with neutral undertones.

417: This is a gorgeous coral pink shade, which just makes your face so bright.

418:- A peachy pink with neon lean.

419:- A burnt orange. (This shade looks bright in the photograph, but in real it is darker)

TEXTURE, PIGMENTATION and STAYING POWER:-
Texture is creamy, glides easily and settles in a matte finish in no time. You have to work super fast as it dries in a jiffy into a super duper matte finish, otherwise you’ll end up with patches. Also you have to be really careful while applying this, because once it sets, it becomes very difficult to remove. Super long-lasting and highly pigmented so you don’t have to worry about constant re-application. On me it stayed intact for 7 hours after which it started fading from the centre. Another thing I have noticed that the darker colors go on really smooth, but the lighter color go patchy. No clue why..!!

PROs:-
  • Stunning colors.
  • Matte finish
  • Sleek packaging (Well, these are sample sizes thus come in 3ml round bottles, whereas the actual size product come in a 6ml rectangular bottle, similar to SLEEK matte me lippies.)
  • Wand applicator for easy application
  • Creamy formula
  • Pigmented.
  • Long staying.
  • Easily available, both online and offline.

CONs:-
  • Most of the shades are excessively matte, thus feel drying on my lips.
  • Tends to highlight dry patches and fine lines.
  • Lighter color go on patchy.

Final Thoughts:-
Lip creams are in vogue and at this price, these lip creams are totally worth every penny. Only turnoff is, some of them feel so matte, like deserts.

The Body Shop Vitamin E Cool BB Cream Review

$

0
BB creams are a rage in the beauty industry for quite a few years now. Everybody was going gaga over them and brands started launching BB creams in a variety of different formulations.
I was never interested in these, as I hardly used anything other than moisturiser on my face. But last year, once during my visit to The Body Shopstore, my eyes fell on this. Already a fan of TBS Vitamin E cream, I thought of giving this a shot too.
So read to know if it is worth buying or not..

WHAT THE BODY SHOP CLAIMS:
“Meet our skincare hero, Vitamin E Cool BB Cream. Our new take on BB cream illuminates, evens skin tone and protects with moisture for 12 hours. Available in one cool shade, the lightweight texture will effortlessly blend onto skin for a fresh and natural look.
  • Hydrates to protect
  • Evens tone
  • Fresh-looking skin
  • One cool shade ”
PRICE:
INR 1,095
for50ml. I bought it when it was on discount at TheBody Shop.

Packaging:-
The BB cream comes in a light pink colored squeeze tube with flip top cap. Sturdy and travel-friendly.

My experience with The Body Shop Vitamin E Cool BB Cream:-
The cream is muddy beige colored and the coverage it gives is sheer to medium. The shade is dark for me and makes me look dull. I have to top it with a compact powder of my shade. The texture a little on the thicker side, smooth and glides on easily, but doesn’t really sink into your skin. It is very moisturising and can be a boon for the dry skinned beauties, and a bane for the normal to oily skinned beauties. As it has sheer to medium coverage, you’ll need a concealer to hide your stubborn dark circles, blemishes and pigmentation. Also, this doesn’t contain SPF. I have fair skin which gets easily burnt (yes, I don’t get tanned, I get burned). So to me, a BB cream without SPF is like food without salt, incomplete. Because for everyday, I like something all-in-one; so that I don’t have to spend time applying sunscreen and then again a moisturiser, concealer and so on.

So summing up the PROs and CONs:-

What I like about The Body Shop Vitamin E Cool BB Cream:-
  • Moisturising.
  • Blends easily.
  • Works well as a base for makeup.
  • Hides minor redness and marks.
  • Nice, travel-friendly packaging
  • Easily available.

What I don’t like about The Body Shop Vitamin E Cool BB Cream:-
  • Feels sticky, doesn’t really get absorbed into your skin
  • Not for normal-oily skinned beauties.
  • No SPF.
  • Disturbing fragrance.
  • Expensive.
  • Available only in one shade which will neither suit fair skin nor will suit dusky skinned beauties. The shade is only apt for medium skin tonned beauties.
  • Doesn’t hide stubborn dark circles and spots, blemishes.

Final Thoughts:-
After this I have used many other BB creams and I have to say this is my least favourite of all. It is more of a tinted moisturiser than a BB cream. Now sometimes I use it as a base for my makeup as it makes a perfect canvas for makeup. I just hope TBSlaunches a few more shades and with SPF. But at this price, this quality product is not expected from The Body Shop.

Ratings:-
2.5/5… I love The Body Shop but this product was so disappointing :(

Have you used this BB cream from The Body Shop? Also let us know your favorite BB cream. Planning to buy a new one

Arabic Black and Golden Cut Crease Eye Makeup Tutorial

Today I am here with a dramatic, yet wearable cut crease makeup look. You can easily wear this to weddings and functions. I did this makeup on my bestie’s wedding day and got lots of compliments. This is so easy to do, the classic gold-black combo and is wearable for everybody. Yes, no matter what color your skin, hair or eyes are, you can wear this look with ease. This is a classic combination which looks flattering on almost everybody.

So I hope you enjoy this tutorial. This is my first attempt at cut crease. I really want to know where I need improvements, so don’t forget to pour in your suggestions… J
Now let us begin…

Base:-
Start by prepping your skin. Apply a moisturizer and also don’t forget your sunscreen if you are going out in the sun. Apply dots of your favorite liquid foundation all over the face and blend with a wet sponge. This will give a dewy finish.

EYES:-

Apply a concealer under your eyes and on any discoloration on the face. Groom your brows and tight line your eyes. Now take an angular brush, dip in black gel/ cream liner and start drawing a line above your crease. Don’t just draw a straight line; curve it according to your crease shape. This will be your new crease. Now take a greyish silver on a blending brush and start buffing the line towards your brow bone. Make sure you don’t buff downwards; the area below the new crease line should be clean. Now take a golden eye shadow and gently pat on your lids. Make sure you don’t disturb the new crease line. Add a gradient effect by applying a bronze colored eye shadow on the outer corners. Take a black liquid liner/gel liner and line your upper lash line and winging it out on the outer corners. Apply kohl on your lower lash line and smudge the outer half of the kohl gently. On the rest inner half apply a muted green eye shadow to pop your eyes. Finally add loads of mascara to round off your eye makeup.

P.S. I haven’t blended the inner portion of the eye shadows completely. Simply because I liked it stark, particularly for this look. However, you can blend it to your comfort level.

CHEEKS:-

Contour and then apply a peachy blush on the cheeks and also your favorite highlighter on the high cheek bones and nose bridge.

LIPS:-

Apply any subtle color. I went for satiny peachy lips.

So that’s it. Let me know how did I do? Thank you all so much for all the love you have been pouring. Love you all…  J

SLEEK MAKEUP SUNSET I-DIVINE PALETTE REVIEW, PHOTOS, SWATCHES, EOTD

Hello everyone,

Today I am going to give a quick overview of the SLEEK i-divine Sunset eye shadow pallet. I love SLEEK eye shadow pallets and this one is a very gorgeous, summery pallet with warm hues and smooth metallic texture.

Now let us go through the details…

Price:-
$11.99

Packaging:-
The pallet comes in a black box where you can preview the colors that are inside. The pallet in which the shadows come housed in is sleek, sturdy and travel friendly. There is generous size mirror and also a dual end sponge applicator inside.

Shades and other details:

The pallet consists of twelve eye shadows. Sleek hasn't named them and it also didn't come with the shade card like their other pallets. So I have named them as Sunset 1, Sunset 2 and so on..

Sunset 1:-
A charcoal black which goes sheer, but is buildable. This is the only matte eye shadow in the pallet. The texture is also not very smooth, but not very rough either.

Sunset 2:-
A vibrant red which has orange undertones. This is one of the most gorgeous shades in the pallet. Smooth like butter, non-chunky shimmers, metallic finish and has awesome color off.

Sunset 3:-
Warm copper brown. Smooth like butter, non-chunky shimmers, metallic finish and has awesome color off.

Sunset 4:-
A bright yellow based tangerine. Smooth like butter, non-chunky shimmers, metallic finish and has awesome color off.

Sunset 5:-
A yellowish gold with frosted finish. Texture is smooth and pigmentation is decent.

Sunset 6:-
It is a bright, cool blue with a silvered shimmer and frosted finish. Texture is smooth and pigmentation is pretty good.

Sunset 7:-
Another super gorgeous shade. A
dark burgundy with warm, coppery undertones. Smooth texture and incredibly pigmented.

Sunset 8:-
Coppery-red with warm undertones and a frosted finish. This is basically a lighter version of Sunset 2.

Sunset 9:-
It is a rusty orangey brown with a golden sheen. Texture is smooth and pigmentation is gorgeous.

Sunset 10:-
A light copper with golden sheen. Texture is smooth and pigmentation is decent.

Sunset 11:-
A lightened rose gold with frost finish. Soft texture and pigmentation is decent.

Sunset 12:-
A medium pink with warm undertone and frost finish. Works great as a highlighter.Soft texture and well pigmented.

Final Thoughts:-
I am a huge fan of SLEEK eye shadow pallets and this is one of my favorites. I just love the warm tone of this palette, so apt for Indian skin tone. The combination of molten coppers, rich golds, fiery berry shades just make me so happy. Despite being shimmery, they are very easily blendable, offers a bold pop of color that stays long. This is a perfect eye shadow pallet for festivals. I absolutely adore every single shade in this palette.

Rating:-
4.5/5

I'll try to review more Sleek products later on.. Till then.. Tata.. :)

Hello my fabulous people,

An easy-to-do nail art design is what every girl would want. No matter if you are a pro at doing nail art or just a beginner, the easy nail arts make life a lot easier and colorful, that too in minutes. Today I am sharing one of my favorite nail arts which can be tried by the beginners with ease. In this nail art i have taken the help of a toothpick Toothpick is a great tool in nail art as it can be used as a dotting tool to create various simple to exquisite designs.

So let the tutorial begin…

WHAT I HAVE USED:-
  • Nail Paints (White, red and pink)
  • Clear coat
  • Toothpick

PROCEDURE:-

  • Apply a clear coat on your nails.
  • Apply white nail polish on half of the nails
  • Apply red on the other half.
  • Now on top of them (just where the white and red meet), apply a thin stripe of the pink polish.
  • With a toothpick start to make the swirl. Start from the center and swirl out. You have to do this on your wet nail polishes. You can also opt for other designs, just like I went random on my ring finger nail.
  • Let everything dry and apply the top coat to protect the manicure.

So that’s it. Isn't it very simple? Do try and let me know.. :)

IIFA 2016- Who Wore What

$
0
0
IIFA 2016 is currently storming the internet as the Bollywood stars took glitz and glamour to a completely new level. They rocked the gala event and most of them looked splendid in the beyond fabulous dresses. From the spruce looking men to the ravishing women, it was totally “an alluring night on display”.

So today I’ll be doing a quick post on who wore what..

Priyanka Chopra
Our exotic desi girl looked as attractive and gorgeous as ever in a Schiaparellicouture gown paired up with Cartier jewellery. The bold and beautiful actress who is currently making it big in Hollywood bagged two awards at the IIFA 2016 - ‘Woman Of The Year’ and ‘Best Actress In Supporting Role’. She was styled by Cristina Ehrlich. How does she always manages to steal the limelight with her outfits?? Priyanka Chopra is truly every girl’s perfect fashion idol.

Deepika Padukone
I guess this year’s award shows are made only for her. She is the current reigning queen of Bollywood and she made sure she looks like a queen too. She looked absolutely gorgeous in a Sabyasachi outfit which is a combination of a Godet skirt and caped jacket. Keeping the place of host in mind, it seemed to have been inspired by Spanish bull fighters. The IIFA 2016 best actress award winner complemented her outfit with diamonds and emerald jewellery from Tanishq and rings by Anmol Jewelers. Killer smokey-eyes, bronzed cheeks and the slicked ponytail to round off her look.

Shilpa Shetty
Shilpa Shetty wore a white, cut-out Shantanu and Nikhil gown. It highlighted her perfectly toned figure and she looked absolutely stunning.

Bipasha Basu
The Alone actress, who is no longer alone (eekks.. bad sense of humor Madhubani), was spotted with her husband Karan Singh Grover. She wore a dark blue coloured Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla gown. The plunging neckline added to the sensuous personality of the bombshell.

Sonakshi Sinha
One of my most favorite looks. I am currently in a “flared midi dresses” phase and I can’t stop admiring her look. Sonakshi Sinha ditched the regular and too clichéd ‘floor gracing’ red-carpet gowns and went for a Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla mid length, white dress. She looked so fresh and young and like the ultimate diva in this gorgeous ensemble.

Dia Mirza:
The angelic-looking actress, Dia Mirza looked went for a mint-green Nahul Sen gown. Didn’t like the look much.

Aditi Rao Hydari:
She walked the green carpet wearing a dark green Shantanu and Nikhil outfit with a sweetheart neckline. The shoulder dusting golden earrings and the head band from Outhouse added boho-chic element and complemented her look to perfection.

Bhumi Pednekar:-
She received the Best Debut Female award for her performance in 'Dum Laga Ke Haisha'.
She wore this Shantanu & Nikhil lace strapless gown. Her deep red lips, straight hair and french manicured nails were absolutely gorgeous.

Sayani Gupta:-
Really liking this girl’s green carpet looks. She looked ravishing in this La Bourjoisie gown with a deep neck and an interesting sailor-like flap at the back. The bold slit, deep maroon lips with that bob cut turned heads at the green carpet.

Nargis Fakhri:
She rocked the green carpet in Namrata Joshipuragown. The deep neckline and back looked great on her. She added Swarovski earrings to complete her look.

Athiya Shetty:
The Hero actress went for a Rami KadiCouture outfit. Liked the gown, but not on her. Also she could have done something better with her hair.

Neha Dhupia:-
I am truly a fan of her looks, but didn’t really like her this time.A white shirt teamed with flared white skirt from H & M.

Shriya Saran:-
She picked up a maroon Falguni and Shanepeacock gown and paired it with a simple set of diamond studs and a shimmery clutch.

Hrithik Roshan:-
He looked dapper in a shiny blazer and a bow tie. Wearing a suit that compliments the color of his eyes was pretty artful.

Ranveer Singh:-
Now a fan of this msn, but can’t deny he is really doing well in his career. Awarded “Best Actor” , he is one of the few who could pull of a shiny blazer like that so cool-ly.

Fawad Khan:-
The man with the dreamy eyes and who have won millions of hearts, wore a black three-piece suit with a white shirt, and hair pushed back.

MAC Select Sheer Pressed Powder Review, FOTD

Do you know what the most shattering thing in summers is? Especially when it is the month end? It is your favorite face powder hitting the bottom of the pan, that too within 2-3 months of usage. No, I didn't eat it up.. :P So after hitting the bottom, I am finally here with the review. It is a pressed powder that has been a staple for me this summer, a cult-favorite product and a MAC classic – the Select Sheer Pressed Powder.

What MAC says about the Select Sheer Pressed Powder:-
A lightweight pressed powder with a silky, natural matte finish and a soft-focus effect.

Packaging:-
The pressed powder comes housed in a sleek, round, black compact case with a mirror and puff inside. This is a easy to carry in purse and use for touch-ups throughout the day.

Current Price:-
Rs. 2,100

Shade and Texture:-
I got this in NC20 for my skin tone. The best thing about MAC products, there is a shade for everyone. The powder is finely milled and silky smooth to touch. It absorbs the excess oil in a single swipe and gives a flawless matte effect. The mate effect never gives you a cakey look or powdery feel. It's so natural looking.

Coverage and Staying power:-
The coverage is sheer-medium on me which is very natural looking. It is perfect as a base for a no-makeup-look. It also keeps me matte for a good 8+ hours. When worn over foundation, it just keeps my foundation from moving or getting shinny.

Summing up PROs and CONs:-

PROs:-
  • Soft, silky texture.
  • Very light weighed.
  • Easy to apply and blend.
  • Natural looking coverage.
  • Matte skin without looking too chalky.
  • Keeps oil at bay for hours.
  • Doesn't look cakey.
  • Covers minor blemishes and imperfections.
  • Light weight and easy to carry case.
  • Mirror and sponge for easy touch ups.

CONs:-
  • Expensive.
  • The quality of the puff applicator should be improved.

Final Thoughts (Repurchase/Recommendations?):-
This product is amazing and one of my favorites from MAC. I just love the soft, matte, natural finish it gives. Go for it if you want natural looking, glowy skin. This is one of the best light weight, light coverage powders that you will find in India. I just apply my moisturizer, top it with this powder to control the excess oil and I am ready for the day. Would always repurchase; just wish MAC doesn’t discontinue this product.

See the FOTD below, I have only applied the MAC Sheer pressed powder on face.

Ratings:-
5/5

Have you ever used  MAC Select Sheer Pressed Powder? If not, which is your favorite face powder?

Sonakshi Sinha IIFA Rocks 2016 Green and Golden eye makeup tutorial

$

Hey everyone,

How are you all doing? As many of you know, I have recently shifted to Mumbai. I am finally here in my dream city and words can never express how great it feels to be here.
Anyway, back to today’s post. I am here with a celebrity inspired makeup tutorial. It is Sonakshi Sinha’s IIFA Rocks look which I have tried recreating today. The beauty frenzy world is going gaga over Deepika and Priyanka Chopra’s looks; even I was smitten by Deepika’s graphic winged liner look, yet I chose to recreate Sonakshi’s retro look first. Reason? Unknown :P

Sonakshi Sinha gave us serious seventies disco vibe in the olive hued, beaded Zara Umrigar gown, center parted straight, smooth hair and strappy heels. Well, I didn’t like the dress and also felt that the choker seemed too strangulating, but I liked her eye makeup pretty much. This look is inspired by her and i have only tried recreating the makeup and nothing else..

So let us go through the breakdown..

Base:-
Start by prepping your skin. Apply a moisturizer and also don’t forget your sunscreen if you are going out in the sun. Apply dots of your favorite liquid foundation all over the face and blend with a wet sponge. This will give a dewy finish.

EYES:-

Apply concealer under your eyes and on any discoloration on the face. Groom your brows and tight line your eyes.  Now take a teal green eye shadow and apply on your inner and outer corners of your eye lid. On the middle apply a golden eye shadow. Make sure the eye shadows you are using are shimmery, or at least satiny in texture. Now blend any harsh lines between the colors with a buffing brush. Buff some matte brown eye shadow on crease. Line your lower lashline with black kohl and smudge the same green eye shadow on outer portion of your lower lash line and golden on the inner corner of your lower lash line too. Finally add loads of mascara to round off your eye makeup.

CHEEKS:-
Contour and then apply a peachy blush on the cheeks and also your favorite highlighter on the high cheek bones and nose bridge.

LIPS:-
Apply any subtle color. She went for nude lip color and so did I.

So that’s it. Let me know how did I do? Thank you all so much for all the love you have been pouring. Love you all… :)

From Melbourne to Mumbai: The famous FreakShakes are Finally here to Conquer Us

The first feeling we have upon hearing the “freak” is a pretty spine chilling one; trust me, it was no less for me. All I could think about is how will I be able to finish this glass of wholesome wonderfulness..If that is a word…!!

Anyway, few months back the world was going gaga over a product that was…well..a freak, a monstrous combination of all that is sweet and delightful in life. The delightful, sinful union of chocolate, marshmallows, waffles, pretzels looked and tasted freaking awesome. We in India had to wait a few more months and luckily..the wait is over. DiBella Coffee has introduced them in Mumbai, only in select outlets for now. I was in Bandra for work and I couldn't help but rush to the outlet.

The “FreakShake” range comes in three variants, priced at 350 each (excluding taxes)

Melbourne FreakShake:-
Luscious premium chocolate milkshake, thick chocolate ganache, with rich cream, dark chocolate crispy pearls, milk chocolate shots, Victorian chocolate sticks, Oreos, swirls of whipped cream topped with Aussie waffle.

Childhood Wonderland FreakShake:-
Luscious premium white chocolate milkshake, thick white chocolate ganache, with rich cream, rainbow crispy pearls, Sidney marshmallows, swirls of whipped cream topped with hot pink and yellow strawberry chocolate.

Gold Coast Pretzel FreakShake:-
Luscious premium caramel milkshake, blended with velvety caramel sauce, a bar of Twix chocolate, swirls of whipped cream topped with gold coast pretzels and stuffed with an Aussie waffle.

I tried out the childhood wonderland FreakShake…It really was a trip in time. The crispy colourful rainbow pearls combined with the dollops of whipped cream and GEMS  lend a unique texture and taste to the shake. The Sydney Marshmallows were pretty soft and chewy. The Yellow and Hot Pink chocolate had good flavor and complemented the rest pretty well. The presentation was beautiful and it looked every bit a Rs. 350 milkshake..or FreakShake as they call it. The only downside that I found was in the White Chocolate milkshake that forms the core of this dessert. It didn't feel as premium or taste as smooth as they claim.
The Melbourne FreakShake, as informed by one of my friends, is a sinful delight and the Gold Coast Pretzel is yummy too.

Overall..I would give it a 3.5 out of 5. It would have easily scored 4.5 had the taste of the core milkshake been better.

So friends, time to keep aside your healthy-eating, sugar-avoiding resolutions, go try it out and get FREAKED.. They are  currently available in all the high-street outlets of Di Bella in Mumbai. Have fun..:)

It is said marriages are made in heaven and after going through the chapters of my life, I have to agree that it is true. Two years back at this time, I met the person who is now my husband. I was not exactly looking for marriage at that time because I was too busy with being happily single and independent. I was looking forward towards career growth and travelling the world and decided that marriage can wait. However, deep down my heart, I must be hoping to meet my soul mate someday and this is why I had probably opened my profile on shaadi.com, because travelling the world with someone you love is not a bad idea after all. So let me start with how we met.

He saw my profile on shaadi.com and then on Facebook and sent a message stating that he was interested in my profile and was willing to talk. I obviously went through his profile and found he was a doctor and we had a mutual friend. So before replying to his message, I first texted that mutual friend and enquired about him. When I got an answer in the affirmative, we started chatting. Those were good days, knowing each other, our likes and dislikes. He was studious like me, educated, settled, and a travel enthusiast. I realised that he was a lot like me. Our first date was in Benjarong and I liked him a little more when I realised that he was also a foodie like me.

After the initial liking and meeting, he wanted to come home and meet my parents. However, I was not sure if I was ready for marriage. After a lot of persuasion, I finally budged.  So in another month's time, our parents met and decided to get engaged. In January 2015, we got engaged and our wedding date was fixed for December 2015

So how long did you get to plan your entire wedding?
I had about 10 months time to make the wedding preparations. Like every other girl, I had a lot of dreams for marriage. I wanted to look as beautiful as a goddess and make that event the most memorable event of my life. But dreams also come with a lot of responsibility towards making them a success and in my case it was all the more stressful as i was the wedding planner of my own marriage. Although, my parents and friends were there to support, but I had to take everything on myself, from booking the venue to appointing the makeup artist, photographer, caterer etc.
I booked the venue immediately after the date and guest list was finalised i.e. in January 2015. While booking the same, I had to concentrate on a large area where there would be no congestion for the guest list totalled to 500 and the accessibility of the area. After scouting for some locations, we decided on a spacious three storied building at Sreerampur Club, Garia. They had their own decorator and electrician with whom I had meetings on the look of the venue. I love flowers and ensured there were plenty of them. I chose a theme of white and red flowers. I ensured with the electrician that bright lights covered every part of the venue and decided on using some decorative trees too.

Tell us something about where you got your outfits, both wedding and reception?

It was then time for the most exciting part of the wedding preparations, shopping for the bridal trousseau.  I always wanted to wear a red benarasi sari and I had no second opinion on it. We got the sari from a local boutique. For the reception, we bought a dark blue meenakari benarasi sari from Priya Gopla Bishoyi. I am an ardent admirer of saris and what better occasion to shop than my own wedding. Apart from benarasis, we bought a bright yellow and red jamdani for gaye holud, purple south silk for aiburobhat, green tant for the morning, another pink benarasi for the bou bhat ritual. My friend, Bhramari Biswas, had designed a very pretty red chiffon sari with golden border for the fulsojja. Besides we shopped for saris, mainly tant and silks for my mother, mother-in-law and other relatives for the totto. The best part of the shopping was it was like a family get together, me, my husband, my parents and parents in law.

Tell us something about where you got your accessories, both wedding and reception?

I started reading a lot of wedding magazines and searched on pinterest and googled blogs by real brides to get ideas on my bridal look, accessories, menu and honeymoon destinations. I bought my gold jewelleries, which was a "sitahaar" from Senco Gold, Jadavpur with matching earrings. My mother gifted me her wedding necklace and another necklace was gifted during the ashirbad ceremony by my in-laws. They had also given me one mantasha and one bala for my hand. I bought another mantasha and another bala, again from Senco Gold. My grandma had given me a set of chur but the most precious of all those bangles were the sankha and pola which I wore at Kalighat Mandir on the morning of my marriage. I wanted to create two different looks for my wedding and reception; therefore I chose tiara and tikli for wedding and a crown or mukut for reception. However, I am extremely fond of nath and had two different sets for both the days. My husband gifted me a diamond wedding ring and a diamond nosepin from PC Chandra Jewellers, Bhawanipore and I gifted him a Nokia DSLR camera from e-mall.  I shopped for my wedding accessories from Metro, which were golden and silver shoes embellished with stones, a red and golden potli and a stone studded clutch.

Tell us something about your photographer?

My photographers were Urmi Rudra and Siddhartha Das, both my friends since school and now professional photographers.

Where did you get your makeup and hair done?

My makeup artist was Bacchu Chakraborty, a well known bridal artist in Kolkata.

Favorite moments?
During those ten months of wedding preparation, one of the most memorable moments was planning and booking for our honeymoon. We had decided to visit Switzerland initially for 7 days but then my husband went on adding London, Paris, Amsterdam, Belgium, Austria and Italy too with the itinerary. We booked our travel with SOTC, Kuoni for May 2016 as Europe is best visited during summer. However, I also wanted to visit some place immediately after wedding and hence we zeroed in for Andamans for December.

The last month was reserved for sending invites to guests and making last moment confirmation with all the vendors. For the menu, we chose an elaborate Bengali spread including Mutton bhetki paturi and fish fry. On the Reception day, we had prawns, kebabs and fish kabiraji among several other things.

Months of preparations finally culminated into four days of celebrations when two souls got entwined in one and locked themselves in the prison of love forever. I am lucky that the entire ceremony went on smoothly and everyone complimented me and said that I looked like Goddess Durga and as far as my better half is concerned, his smiles said it all!

Any advice you want to all the readers out there?
For all the would be brides, there is this one advice: this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. So make the most of it. Do not stress out but do everything possible to make this dream come true.

DeckandDine says:-
It is really great to see someone, who has been your inspiration in school, getting married. You wanted to look like a goddess and you really looked like one.

You both look great together. May Lord pour all his warmth and care on your lovely life ahead.

Narkel Rui (Fish in Coconut Milk): Recipe with Step by Step pictures

It has been a really long time since I have posted a recipe on the blog. Food covers a major part of my life and a major part of that part is occupied by FISH. Bengalis (most of them) and fish are intertwined inextricably. We have hundreds, if not thousands, of ways to cook it. So today I am here with a recipe of this lightly spicy, wonderful creamy fish curry, Narkel Rui or Ruhi in Coconut milk.

For preparing this we need…
  • Rui Mach (Rohu Fish)
  • Ginger grated: 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies: depends on how “tikha” you want it to be
  • Yellow mustard seeds: 1 tsp
  • Bay leaves: 2
  • Curry leaves: 5-6
  • Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Thick coconut milk: 1 cup
  • Curd: 2 tbsp
  • Mustard oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar- 1tsp

PROCEDURE:-
  • Wash the fish pieces properly and marinate with a pinch of turmeric and salt.
  • Add oil in a skillet and lightly fry the fish pieces. Take them out and keep aside.
  • In the same oil add bay leaves, curry leaves and yellow mustard seeds.
  • Add sugar when the seeds stop splattering.
  • Once the sugar melts, add ginger, turmeric, cumin powder and a little water. (You can skip adding water here.)
  • Once the oil starts to separate, add the chilies.
  • Turn the flame down and add hung curd and stir well.
  • Finally add coconut milk.
  • Once it starts boiling, add the fish pieces. Cover up and let it cook for around 5-7 minutes in medium-low flame.
  • Once the gravy thickens, check the seasoning and garnish with freshly grated coconut (optional). Serve with steamed rice.

You can try with whatever fish you like, but it definitely tastes better when cooked with sweet water fishes and hilsa too. Try and let me know..

Hello lovely ladies,

Today am here with a review of a lipstick from my friend’s stash. It is CoverGirl Colorlicious Lipstick Divine Wine (372).

What the company claims:-
CoverGirl Colorlicious Lipstick gives you rich, satisfying color in shades you can't help but crave!

Features:
  • Deliciously rich color infused with shea butter
  • Full coverage color, high shine intensity
  • Natural butters help keep lips supple
  • Lasting colour
Packaging:-
The lipstick come housed in very pretty purplish pink colored case with the shade sample transparent section at the bottom. Very feminine, and looks very pretty. Shade number and name written at bottom.
The lipsticks in the Colorlicious range have caps which indicate the color family they belong to, so if you buy a red lipstick from this range, it will come in a red colored case.

Shade:-
It is a perfect mixture of purple and pink. As per how pink or how purple it will show on your lips, it totally depends on your color of lips and skin tone.

Texture:-
The bullet looks matte, but once the color transfers to your lips it turns into a balmy, very moisturizing texture. It glides on your lips like butter and gives a satiny finish.
I have dry lips and this keeps my lips moisturized for hours.

Pigmentation:-
Insanely pigmented. One swipe is enough for a full coverage.

Staying Power:-
It stays for almost 5-6 hours without meals. It transfers very easily and can't survive heavy meals. It leaves a gorgeous pink stain behind.

Summing up my LIKES and DISLIKES:-

LIKES:-
  • Beautiful color.
  • Creamy and soft texture.
  • Glides beautifully.
  • Settles into a satiny finish.
  • Keeps lips moisturized for hours.
  • Well pigmented.
  • Stays long.
  • Travel friendly, color coded packaging
  • Affordable

DISLIKES:-

  • Transfers.
  • Not available in India.
Final Thoughts:-
Pretty color, insanely pigmented, glide on smooth, and lasts longer than I anticipated.  Had it been matte, I would have loved it more. But my friend rocks it and looks fabulous in this color. It suits her to a T. Don’t you think so?

Happy Lipstick Day: A blog post dedicated to lipsticks and lipstick lovers.

Hey gorgeous ladies,

Lipsticks hold a very special place in my life. When I was small, I always wanted to wear my Maa’s lipstick. It felt really magical and that bullet meant much more than a waxy bit of color. It was one of my very first attempts of wanting to look as beautiful as my mother. She only had one lipstick in her stash, a dark red one, and yes, my love for red lipstick started from then. Even in my late teenage days, when things seemed difficult, I used to stand in front of mirror, smile and kept putting on lipstick. I knew it wouldn’t solve all the problems, but it is a pretty great start to feeling good…although for a little while.

So on 29th July i.e the National Lipstick Day, let us revive all those memories we had since childhood with lipsticks. And in this post, I’ll also give you a glimpse of some facts about lipsticks that you might have not heard/read before.

So put on some lipstick and enjoy the post…

FUN FACT 1:-
The first manmade lipsticks appeared around six thousand years ago in Ancient Mesopotamia. Women of upper class Mesopotamians decorated their lips with crushed semi-precious stones. Egyptians made a red dye for their lips from a combination of bromine mannite, iodine and fucus-algin. Whereas Cleopatra, who was an ardent lover of red lips, used to apply a mixture of crushed carmine beetles and ants to color her lips.

FUN FACT 2:-
Early in the Greek empire, if a woman was seen wearing red color on lips then it signaled that she was a prostitute.

FUN FACT 3:-
During Roman Empire, Lipsticks were worn to indicated one’s social status. Even men didn’t shy away from wearing color on their lips to their social status. The same scenario was there in ancient Egypt as well.

FUN FACT 4:-
It is said that lipstick sales increase statistically when weather is gloomy. I don’t doubt it at all.

FUN FACT 5:-
Elizabeth Taylor didn’t allow anyone else to wear red lipstick on her sets, because only the siren can flaunt siren red on lips.

FUN FACT 6:-
90% of women admit that they were lipsticks just to feel better and not to impress men. More power of the women. Yayyyy..!!

FUN FACT 7:-
First swivel up lipstick in a tube appeared in 1923.

There are many more interesting facts associated with lipsticks and that’s why it’s not at all surprising that these beauties get an entire day devoted to their celebration. To join in on the National LipstickDay party, we have also come up with a few websites which are having awesome discounts on lipsticks. Have a look.

LAKME Enrich Matte Lipstick PM15 Review, Photos and Swatches

Hello everyone,

Today I am here with a review on the newly launched Lakme Enrichmatte lipsticks. Over all there are 20 shades categorized into 5 shade families, i.e. Red Matte (RM), Pink Matte (PM), Orange Matte (OM) WM (Wine Matte), and BM (Brown Matte). You can check the swatches of all the shades here. I have bought two from the range and the one I am going to review today is from their Pink Matte (PM) family and the shade number is 15.

There is a dearth of budget friendly matte lipsticks in India. Not every time we can spend hundreds and thousands of rupees on a matte lipstick to suit our wants and needs, isn’t it? So naturally I was very much eager to lay my hands on these beauties.

So let us see if Lakme could come up to my expectations or not…

Price:
295 INR

Packaging:-
The lipstick comes housed in a plastic silver case with a clear cap. The bullet case further comes inside a shiny silver box. I didn’t like the packaging much as it looks more like a tester.

Color:-
A stunning, flamboyant and vivid hot pink that just wakes up my complexion.

Texture and Finish:-
It has an amazing texture. Soft, smooth and glides like a dream. It goes without tugging or pulling. When applied freshly it has a satiny, semi- matte finish and about 30 minutes later it settles into a powdery matte finish. But what I like most is that despite being a matte lipstick, it didn't feel dry. But one thing, as it settles in a true matte finish, lips need to be well exfoliated and moisturized before applying as this product can sink into the lip lines and accentuate lines, chapped areas.

Color Payoff and Staying Power:-
Insanely pigmented and one swipe is enough for the full coverage. It stayed for about 7 hours on my lips with snacks and drinks in between. After that it left a pretty pink tint behind. The tint can only be removed with a makeup remover.

Summing up my Likes and Dislikes:-

LIKES:-
  • Stunning color.
  • Soft texture.
  • Feels extremely smooth and comfortable on lips.
  • Gorgeous, comfortable matte finish.
  • Opaque in one swipe.
  • Stays pretty long.
  • Budget friendly.
  • Easily available.
DISLIKES:-
  • The smell. It reminds me of a cough syrup I used to hate during my childhood days.
  • The packaging could be improved.

Final Thoughts:-
Lakme has done a really commendable job in shade selection this time. From reds, pinks, oranges to browns, wine and purples, they are available in a palette of 20 vibrant and trendy shades.
Talking about PM15, the color is gorgeous; the texture is amazing, settles into a matte finish and stays long. And the best part is it doesn’t burn your pocket. What else do I need?

Recommendation?!!
We don’t get good, affordable matte lipsticks in India and this one solves the problem. So if you want a great matte lip color that comes at an unbeatable drugstore price and that doesn’t make your lips feel like deserts then this range is for you.

Hello everyone,

Today I am here with a review of another newly launched Lakme Enrich matte rut, clipstick. Hope you have already checked the review of PM15. if not, click Here.
Basically there are 20 shades categorized into 5 shade families, i.e. Red Matte (RM), Pink Matte (PM), Orange Matte (OM) WM (Wine Matte), and BM (Brown Matte). You can check the swatches of all the shades
here. I have bought two from the range and the one I am going to review today is from their Red Matte (RM) family and the shade number is 15. This time I stepped out of my comfort zone and picked a shade that I normally wouldn't even imagine myself wearing.

Color:-
A sultry, dark rose red. The color is gorgeous; it is bold and is very beautiful.

Texture and Finish:-
Soft, smooth and glides beautifully. It goes without tugging or pulling. But when you try to layer, it becomes streaky and ends up in uneven application. I ended up having patchy color all over my lips and chunky pigments deposited in my lip lines. It was not that my lips were dry and non-exfoliated. See...even the hand swatch is patchy.
When applied freshly it has a satiny, semi- matte finish and about 20 minutes later it settles into a matte finish.

Color Payoff and Staying Power:-
Insanely pigmented and one swipe is enough for the full coverage. It stayed for about 7 hours on my lips with food and drinks in between. After that it left a dark tint behind. The tint can only be removed with a makeup remover.

Summing up my Likes and Dislikes:-

LIKES:-
  • Beautiful color.
  • Soft texture.
  • Feels light on lips.
  • Becomes streaky, patchy when layered.
  • Sinks into lip lines.
Final Thoughts:-
Lakme has done a really commendable job in shade selection this time. From reds, pinks, oranges to browns, wine and purples, they are available in a palette of 20 vibrant and trendy shades.
Talking about
RM15, the color is gorgeous; settles into a matte finish and stays long. And the best part is it doesn’t burn your pocket. But it gives uneven coverage and sinks into lines terribly. Prepping lips doesn’t help either.

Recommendation?!!
We don’t get good, affordable matte lipsticks in India and this one solves the problem. So if you want a great matte lip color that comes at an unbeatable drugstore price and that doesn’t make your lips feel like deserts then this range is for you. But I recommend the other colors of this range, not this one.

How are you all doing?

Many of you have been asking me the reason of my absence from the blogging world. Well, I have been super busy lately. New life in Mumbai is really fun, happening and yes, exhausting. I have to travel 6 hours each day and trust me, travelling in Mumbai suburban trains is absolutely tell-a-tale.

Both of them have beautiful creamy texture and feel light on lips. The finish they render isn't exactly matte at first, but don’t get disappointed; wait for a while and you will have gorgeous matte finish which will not move throughout the day. They never feel drying on lips.

PIGMENTATION and STAYING POWER:-
Both of them are well pigmented, especially “Seduction”, it is crazily pigmented. The staying power of seduction is 8+ hours. The color looks fresh and gorgeous even after hours and hours of application. It leaves a very strong tint behind. “Coralstayed on me for about 4 hours and left a pretty pink stain behind. But "

  • Coral” looks patchy after the first meal.

FINAL THOUGHTS:-
I didn't expect much from Coloressence while trying these two; but I am truly happy with “Seduction”, it is worth the buy.

KRYOLAN 12 COLORS DERMACOLOR CAMOUFLAGE CREME PALETTE Review, Swatches and FOTD

Kryolan is a brand that has never disappointed me. To me it is a brand that has an "experienced" vibe to it. Till now, every product that I have tried from this brand has made me happy.
So today I am going to review a pallet from this brand. It is DERMACOLOR CAMOUFLAGE CREME 12 COLORS PALETTE. Read to find out more about it.

Kryolan says:-
Dermacolor Camouflage Creme Palette with 12 colors is ideal for professional use. Dermacolor Camouflage Creme is an especially highly pigmented make-up which is designed to correct and cover skin disfigurements, discolorations and tattoos. It is especially suitable for face and neck. With proper use of the Dermacolor Camouflage System skin abnormalities can be easily corrected. Once Dermacolor Camouflage Creme is fixed using Fixing Powder and Fixing Spray it will be waterproof and protects the skin against damaging UV radiation. It could last even under extreme conditions like swimming, heat and physical strain. It is available in an extensive range of shades and those are intermixable which gives the make-up a natural appearance when applied correctly. Those palettes can be refilled individually by using Dermacolor Refills. ECARF certified.

PALLETE SET:-
Palette A
Palette B
Palette C
Palette Caribbean

Packaging:-
The 12 colors come housed in a no fuss tin box. After you finish any shade you can easily refill individually by using Dermacolor refills.

Colors:-
There are 12 colors and you can mix and match to get your desired shade.

 Usage:-
This is an all in one pallet. From using it as a foundation to correcting and concealing, from cream highlighting to contouring, you can do every possible “makeup” thing with this pallet.

Texture and Finish:-
All of them come in a creamy, smooth texture. But once in a while if you feel the consistency is stiff, just warm it up first on the back of your hand or mix it with a tiny drop of moisturizer. Prepping is very important when using these. The product will not spread or blend if you have dirty, non-moisturised skin. It settles into a matte finish and is waterproof.

Pigmentation:-
These are heavily pigmented. They contain 38% pigment concentrate as opposed to 7% that others have. So a tiniest amount is needed. It can be build up easily so its advisable to go light at first, then build up if necessary.

Staying Power:-
The creams need to be set with a powder, and once set properly, they don’t move easily. They are waterproof and stay 10+ hours on me. However, touch up with powder is necessary after few hours to avoid creasing.

What I Like about DERMACOLOR CAMOUFLAGE CREME PALETTE 12 COLORS :-

What I don’t like about DERMACOLOR CAMOUFLAGE CREME PALETTE 12 COLORS:-
  • It is very easy to get overboard, cakey with these.

Final Thoughts:-
These are great for problem skin, oily skin, and normal skin and for everyone except excessively dry skin. They are good for all climates and environments too. The multi-purpose cream is great as foundation, corrector, concealer, cream highlighter, contour product. You name it, they can do it. :D
On my normal skin, it works great and I am totally happy with the results..
Used only Derma Pallet for base; as foundation, corrector, concealer highlighter and contour cream.
